It was established in 1993, with head offices located in No.111 ,Xihu Road , international high-tech zones, Wujin, Changzhou, China.

Nowadays, GUOMAO Group has developed from only producing "GUOMAO"brand series of cycloid reducers in the past to developing the standard series, special series, large and medium-sized non-standard series, new series, high transmission precision series and more than a dozen series of tens thousands of varieties of reducer. GUOMAO Group also has the annual production capacity of 1.2 million sets of various types of industrial reducers and 800 thousand sets of Y2 three-phase squirrel cage induction motor, and R & D, design, manufacture complete technical force and advanced test means of non-standard reducers.
At present, GUOMAO Group has already owned complete quality, environment, occupation health safety management system certification and also a large number of domestic and foreign advanced equipment and detection equipment such as the Niles forming gear grinding machine imported from Germany, OKUMA horizontal machining center imported from Japan, the gear measuring center and three coordinate measuring instrument.
